Shetkari Bhavan — 17 APMC Agreements
DPACO proposed the Shetkari Bhavan concept directly to the Minister of Agriculture. For the first time in Maharashtra’s history, government funding was directed TO APMCs for farmer welfare infrastructure. The scheme was structured under a ULB coordination framework bringing 17 APMCs into a single operational model with DPACO as executing PMC. Valuation: ₹1.5 Cr per unit.
