Green Energy Infrastructure
DPACO designs solar, biogas, and waste treatment as bankable components of government infrastructure projects. These are not compliance additions. They are fundable, approvable frameworks that municipalities and government bodies can build, operate, and own from day one.

Community Contributions
Beyond the infrastructure DPACO builds for government clients, earnings from projects are directed to communities, institutions, and people who need them — directly, without formal programme structures.
Circular Economy
Every municipality generates drainage and effluent water daily and treats it as a liability. AI data centres, industrial cooling plants, and large institutional consumers need a clean, reliable water supply and pay for it. DPACO has structured a PPP concession that converts municipal drainage water into industrial-grade clean water. The private operator builds and runs the treatment plant. The municipality receives a revenue share. Data centres and industrial users receive a predictable supply. Nothing is wasted.
Employability Through PPP
DPACO's commercial market infrastructure projects — APMC complexes, municipal market buildings, bus stand developments — create shops that individuals and families own and operate. These are not temporary employment schemes. They are permanent commercial spaces created on government land through PPP frameworks DPACO designed and executed. Across projects including the 600-shop Udgir commercial complex, more than 4,000 shops have been created through DPACO's PPP model.
